Pioneer Award
You’ve dreamt about solving complex business problems – big or small – in the easiest way possible. So, you partnered with Kinaxis to help you do just that. The winner of this award will be a customer who has implemented the Kinaxis solution in the last three years. The winner will share their implementation journey and the impactful results achieved so far in areas such as improvements in on-time delivery, inventory target levels, manufacturing lead times, finished goods inventory, or significantly shortened planning cycles and demonstrating meaningful contributions and achievements in the supply chain industry.
Excellence Award
This award celebrates the results of your supply chain strategy – the one that’s made a huge impact on the way people and teams work and moved the needle on your business metrics, impacting it in a positive, measurable way. The award's winner will share how their supply chain strategy, overall end to end orchestration the utilisation of Kinaxis have helped transform their company’s business and go-to-market strategy with improved speed to take advantage of new business opportunities. Nominees should be prepared to briefly outline the formal metrics and improvement percentages and how these are calculated, tracked and reported.
Innovation Award
This award recognizes the customer who’s using Kinaxis in new and interesting ways. The winner will have proven success using advanced capabilities such as web services, automation and scripting, AI/machine learning, or using Kinaxis to solve business problems that exist outside of the supply chain planning organization. The winner has the proven ability to bring their idea to life, overcoming all obstacles – planned and unplanned – that came up along the way.
Champion Award
A true leader has a passion for success and carries a combination of inspiration, vision, empathy and perseverance. Leadership characteristics can be found in contributors at all levels within an organization, however, with a true champion at the helm, a team can overcome challenges and achieve extraordinary results. The Champion Award recognizes an individual that exemplifies the above characteristics and is regarded as a leader by their peers no matter the title they hold.
Impact Award
Using technology to make purposeful, positive impact to your teams and the planet; this award recognizes a company that has leveraged Kinaxis to maximum benefit to the environment around them – be it work/life balance or sustainability improvements throughout the supply chain.
